Lodge Farm Business Centre is a division of a successful farm business, which produces wheat in massive quantities and boasts Warburtons Bread as one of its major clients. About 1 in 33 loaves of bread produced by Warburtons the wheat is produced by Lodge Farm. The technology they employ is pretty impressive and very advance in farming. The Business Centre has 32 units, a mix of offices and commercial premises for small businesses. Many of the buildings are very old barns, which have been carefully restored and converted to house modern businesses.
The client wanted a website that show cases Lodge Farm Business Centre for potential residents, and which advertises vacant units and future availability. A brand and identity was required too. In addition, as an alternative to using agencies to fill vacant offices, the client wished to trial some online marketing.
Our designers created a site that fulfilled the client’s requirement to demonstrate what an attractive space to work in Lodge Farm is. The site allows easy updates of vacancies as units become available for rental. A fresh, modern logo and branding are used throughout the site.
We worked with the client to create several search campaigns. The site has been structured to optimise natural search results, and we have created several Google Adword campaigns to promote units as they have become available for rental.
Our client has been very satisfied with the website Digital Chapter delivered, and has been impressed with the search results for the site. In terms of business results, the site has generated a higher level of enquiries more quickly than previous advertising methods used, and has contributed towards higher occupancy levels.
The logo and branding used initially on the website has been adopted for broader use at the Business Centre for signage.
